UBelong was born from a simple truth: African students are brilliant, driven, and full of potential — but too often disconnected from the resources, mentors, and peers that could accelerate their journey.
We built UBelong to change that.

Prince S. Tokpah
Co-Founder & CEO, UBelong | Executive Director, Wɔla Institute of Technology
U.S. Army veteran, entrepreneur, and doctoral candidate in Workforce & Organizational Development. Prince has spent over a decade building education and technology solutions across Liberia and the African diaspora. He is the founder of Tokpah Global LLC and a passionate advocate for African student empowerment.

Elle (Michele) S. Tokpah
Co-Founder & Chief Operations Officer
Michele brings deep expertise in organizational development and operations from her work with Honeywell, Microsoft, and Thermo Fisher Scientific. She holds an MPA from Wake Forest University and a CLDP certification. Michele leads UBelong's partnerships, operations, and community standards.
